We collect information about how you interact with your Digital Operator, including conversations, tasks, goals, and files you create or upload. This data is stored on your dedicated virtual machine infrastructure.
Connected Services
If you connect third-party services (Gmail, Google Calendar, GitHub, Slack, etc.), we store OAuth tokens securely on your dedicated VM to enable integrations. We do not store your third-party credentials on our central servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Digital Operator service
- To process your subscription and payments
- To enable your Digital Operator to remember context and preferences (Sovereign Memory)
- To send service-related notifications and updates
- To improve and optimize our services
- To respond to your inquiries and provide support
4. Data Storage and Security
Your Digital Operator runs on dedicated infrastructure provisioned exclusively for you. Your data, including conversations, files, and connected service credentials, is stored on your VM and encrypted at rest.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and secure authentication mechanisms.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate our service (e.g., cloud infrastructure, payment processing)
- AI Providers: We use Google's Gemini API to power your Digital Operator. Conversations are sent to Google for processing but are not used to train their models
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your data
- Disconnect third-party integrations at any time
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
